Manager, BTD – Tech Ops
Phoenix, AZ
 
The Manager, BTD – Tech Ops is responsible for mentoring and leading a group of programmers designing and developing new software as well as enhancing and supporting existing applications.. 
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·        Act as a technical expert, addressing problems of system integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms
·        Responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues and implementation solutions 
·        Provide recommendations for application and system improvements 
·        Have a strong software development knowledge using a variety of technologies, especially around the Microsoft .Net Framework
·        Work with peers, senior staff, and business analysts to create projects specification and determine implementation details
·        Perform risk/benefit and feasibility analysis on potential future projects
·        Expected to participate in complete project lifecycle up to and including project completion
 
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in CS/CE/CIS/MIS or Engineering / Technology or related field or equivalent experience. Coupled with 10+ years total development experience and 5+ years ASP.NET and C# experience. Experience leading and / or working on a team using Agile methodoligies for software development. Extensive knowledge of object oriented programming, common data structures and algorithms and design patterns and best practices. Ability to scrutinize applications and services to ensure they adhere to security standards.
