Airlines enjoyed a strong second quarter financially and are expected to continue to see positive results during the rest of the year. But airline executives said they remain concerned about the fragile economic recovery and will continue to limit capacity. "Maintaining capacity restraint in the face of a recovering economy is at the core of improving our financial results," Delta President Edward Bastian said.
